All items must be in clean fresh sellable condition with little to no wear. Ideally, items should be New to Near-New. Minor insignificant signs-of-wear are ok. However, items with prominent stains, snags, tears, flaws, issues are not re-sellable and therefore will be rejected. If you are not sure which of your items are re-sellable, I'm happy go through all your items and let you know.
Ideally I will not need to clean or repair items, if I do, the dry-cleaning or repair costs are the clients responsibility, these costs will be deducted from client payout checks.
I get lots of questions from buyers about authenticity on handbags. Please know that I only sell Authentic items. It's helpful if you have tags, receipts, paperwork and dustbags for any handbags that you'd like to sell.
I can sell only some handbags without proof of authenticity. Please keep paperwork and ID cards with your bags.

Send me your items:
After we agree on which items I'll sell for you, please ship me your items and provide me with the tracking, please fold items and protect them the best you can and be sure the package "requires a signature" for both our safety.
If you're in the Los Angeles area:
Let me know if you'd like me to come to you to pick-up the items, that way I can see everything you have and we can decide which items are best to sell. There is a 10 item minimum for house calls. If you have less than 10 items, we can discuss how to proceed.
If you're not in the LA area, You'll need to pay to ship your items to me. I'll pay to ship any items back to you (if I return any items).
After I receive your items, it will take time to process them for auction. Once at auction, items may sell right-away or they may take time to sell. My efforts are not focused on a quick turnaround, my efforts are focused on getting high prices.
I generally pay clients for sold items once a month. Funds are released to clients after buyers receive their items and after the buyer's return-option expires (not before). This translates into releasing funds to clients a few weeks after the sale date.
I research online market prices for every item I sell. Factors that determine an item's value are: the Designer, condition, new or used, retail price, style, age, collection, if on the runway, if seen on a celebrity, scarcity, supply and demand, if missing tags, if missing parts, if altered, etc... I always start prices as high as the market will allow and slowly lower prices if items don't sell. I never lower prices below what's reasonable considering how an item stacks-up in the market place. If you've watched my ebay auctions, you'll have a good sense of my pricing. Please know, the market is always changing, I've had my finger on the market pulse since 2002, so I'm an expert at market prices. Client understands that clients do not set prices, the market ultimately sets prices. Client trusts that I will get us top dollar within market constraints.
Commitment / Client Change-of-Heart Charge:
I generally don't accept items with price restrictions as those restrictions may conflict with market conditions. If however you want price restrictions on your items, let's discuss, I make exceptions.
When I take your items to sell for you, I invest time and money in the items, online selling is labor intensive with auction fees. I make a commitment to do my best to sell your items for top dollar. In return, when you give me your items to sell, you are making a commitment to the process, to the time it takes, and to receive fair market prices. So please only give me items you are sure you want to sell and you won't want back.
I generally don't return items mid-process, but if you have a change-of-heart and you want an item back mid-process, I will return it to you with a $25 change-of-heart return fee.
If the market is not bringing fair prices "after considerable time", I will return those items to you, at my discretion, free of charge.
Split (calculated per-item):
I pay you 50% of the item's selling price when it sells up to $400
I pay you 55% of the item's selling price when it sells between $401 and $800
I pay you 60% of the item's selling price when it sells over $800
Note: "I PAY" the ebay/paypal fees which are about 14%
